Kidd Kraddick Founder – In Loving Memory (1959 – 2013)
Kidd Kraddick was the creator of Kidd Kraddick In The Morning, the most-listened-to contemporary morning show in America. His numerous accolades included America’s Best Radio Personality, Radio and Records Major Market Personality of the Year and the distinguished Marconi Award for Radio Personality of the Year. In the 1990s, Kidd launched a monthly publication for radio personalities called “The Morning Mouth” and a show prep service called “BitBoard.” After selling both, Kidd went on to found YEA Networks in 2006 as the distribution arm of his nationally syndicated morning show. He passed away in July 2013 while at an event to raise money for his beloved charity, Kidd’s Kids.
George Laughlin Chief Executive Officer
Prior to becoming CEO of YEA Networks in 2011, George raised more than $100 million to launch GAP Broadcasting with Oaktree Capital in 2007. For the next 4 years, he served as president of GAP, which owned 60 radio stations across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas. George was a radio consultant for two years prior to that and has been a veteran of the radio industry in both small and large markets for more than a quarter century. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Louisiana State University in 1991.

Claudia Moglovkin Vice President, Finance
Claudia joined YEA Networks as its controller in March 2012. Claudia previously worked as an external auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a senior accountant specializing in international accounting and SEC reporting at Fossil, Inc. Claudia received her BBA and MPA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a certified public accountant in the State of Texas.

Rob Chickering Vice President, Operations
Originally from Washington DC, Rob began his radio career in 1983 working as an overnight board operator for a talk radio station. He has spent most of his career in engineering and operations. Rob produced the Morton Downey, Jr. television and radio shows in the late 1990s, and then spent the next dozen years in Dallas as director of engineering for Susquehanna/Cumulus operations in Dallas. Rob joined YEA Networks in August 2007 as vice president of engineering, then was promoted to vice president of operations in November 2009.

Russ Francis Director of Digital Media / Marketing
Russ joined YEA Networks after a 10-year run at Clear Channel Radio. While there, Russ directed the initial launch of online streaming, re-designing and maintaining station websites and was one of the pioneers in adopting and embracing social media. He was also an on-air personality and program director for Top 40 station WAEV in Savannah, GA.

Mike Morse Executive Producer / Show Director of the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show
Mike’s passion for broadcasting stated as a DJ for his Hampden-Sydney College radio station, WWHS 92.1, in Virginia. After a six-year stint in promotions, weekends, and mornings with Bill & Sheri on Mix 101.5, Mike Co-Hosted and Executive Produced Bob & The Showgram on G105; where he enjoyed nine more years of unprecedented ratings success. After G105, Mike parlayed his popularity into becoming the Host of the television show My Carolina Today on NBC affiliate, WNCN.
Greg Gibbins Affiliate Relations Manager
Greg’s connection to YEA Networks dates back to 1998, when he served as an intern for Kidd Kraddick in the Morning. His entire professional career has been in radio, including stints in Baton Rouge, Pensacola, San Antonio and Dallas. Greg credits his experience on both ends of a syndicated morning show with his keen understanding of the needs of radio stations in an ever-evolving industry.

Tracey Kinney Director of Operations, The Bert Show
Tracey began her radio career fresh out of the University of Georgia in 2001, as the very first intern with The Bert Show. She now holds the title of director of operations. In her 11-year career, Tracey has had her hands in all the behind-the-scenes aspects of creating a successful local, and now nationally syndicated, morning show.
