The Bert Show Introduces Newest Cast Member Maurice ‘Moe’ Mitchell

The Bert Show officially introduced the newest member of their nationally syndicated morning radio show, Maurice ‘Moe’ Mitchell. Moe joins host Bert Weiss and co-hosts Kristin Klingshirn and Davi Crimmins weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. EST in over 17 markets, bringing plenty of laughs along with authentic, no-holds-barred conversation about the day’s most talked about topics in the pop culture world.

“I am super excited to be the newest member of this amazing family and I hope to be someone everyone feels like they have known forever,” says Moe Mitchell. “As a stand-up and sometimes sit-down comedian, I am looking forward to filling people’s hearts with joy, and using laughter as medicine. I really use life experiences to help people experience life.”

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Moe found his way into comedy by doing voice overs and writing commercials for actor and comedian, D.L. Hughley. Once he got behind the mic, he knew he had found his calling; he has been performing in venues all over the country ever since. He has spent the last couple of years exploring various comedic ventures including launching his witty astrology videos, “Moements – Why I Hate Your Sign.” He moves to Atlanta from the New York City.

“Moe has the same mentality as the rest of the show when it comes to connecting and showing the intimate sides of his personal life,” says Bert Weiss, host of The Bert Show. “I feel like he’s a unique piece and completes our puzzle. He’s funny. He’s approachable. He’s smart.”
